Singapore Changi Airport has extended its partnership with Smiths Detection for advanced hand luggage and explosives detection systems. The airport will install 20 Smiths Detection HI-SCAN 10080 XCT automatic explosives detection systems (EDS) for the Terminal 2 Baggage Handling System redevelopment. From the start of August, 20 HI-SCAN 10080 XCT units will be installed in Terminal 2 will completed slated for four years’ time.
