TAM will install OnAir connectivity across its future Airbus A350 fleet as part of a broad agreement to equip its long-haul fleet with the system. The operator has tested OnAir on four aircraft in its short-haul fleet last year when it subsequently opted to fit additional Airbus A320-family jets with the mobile phone capability. OnAir will now be fitted to TAM’s long-haul fleet that includes 12 777-300ERs, 10 A330-200s and 27 A350-900s.
