Vietjet and Safran Aerosystems have announced a strategic partnership for the supply of safety equipment on the Vietnamese carrier’s 373 MAX aircraft.
Safran Aerosystems’ safety products – including life rafts, protective breathing equipment, crew masks, life vests and associated support services – were chosen for its ‘innovative solutions and commitment to excellence in designing state-of-the-art safety equipment,’ notes Vietjet.
The majority of the support for the equipment will be provided by Safran Aerosystems Services Asia, part of Safran’s international after-sales network, which is based in Singapore.
