Engine delays greater concern than aircraft delivery constraints, says LATAM Airlines

TACV Cabo Verde Airlines is planning to cut up to 120 of its 510 staff members and review flight routes later this year as part of a restructuring plan to reduce debt and attract foreign investors, reports Reuters. Adding that an aircraft operated by TACV was grounded in the Netherlands after AerCap issued a "ground notice" in relation to a debt repayment.
