As announced last month, Sean Brogan has now officially resigned as chief executive of Stobart Air.
Brogan is reported to have wanted to have launched an management buyout of Stobart Air. Now CityJet is rumoured to be interested in acquiring the regional airline, which is currently owned by Stobart Group (45%), Invesco Perpetual (40%), Cenkos (10), and 5% is owned by former Aer Arann chairman Padraig O'Ceidigh.
