SR Technics’ Malta facility has completed the first maintenance check on an easyJet A319. This is the first aircraft to be checked under the $1.6 billion maintenance agreement signed in November 2009.
SR Technics building a new four-bay narrowbody facility at the Maltese facility due to open in 2012, in the meantime it is using a two-bay temporary hangar. Although an Airbus facility, SR Technics intends to add Boeing capabilities when it opens the new hangar.
