The Russian Ministry of Transport has prepared amendments for its air code that will allow Russian airlines to hire foreign pilots. Russian carriers will be able to hire up to 200 foreign captains and instructors over the next five years.
The changes are being discussed by other ministries and government departments that would be involved or affected by the change.
