At a time when P&W will not wish to shout about new business from Brunei it is confirmed that Royal Brunei Airlines have signed a letter of intent with Pratt & Whitney for PW1100G-JM engines to power seven A320Neo aircraft (together with three options). Deliveries are scheduled to commence in 2018. To date, the PurePower engine family has more than 5,300 orders and commitments, including options, from more than 50 global customers.
