Lufthansa has estimated that the three-day strike by its pilots last week will cost the airline “high double-digit million euros”, according to CFO Simone Menne. This figure does not take into account future losses caused by the strike which could deter future passengers from booking.
Menne has commented that Lufthansa hopes to reach an agreement with the pilots before the end of the Easter school holidays.
