Boeing has completed a test of the electrical systems on the first passenger version of the new 747. The viability of airliner to ground power systems and electricity supply for lighting, navigation, cockpit and entertainment systems were tested alongside the aircraft‘s hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Boeing already has 109 orders for the new 747 aircraft.
