Kuwait Airways is the latest carrier to announce that it will operate out of John F. Kennedy International Airport's (JFK) new Terminal 6 (T6), that is set to open in 2026.
The flag carrier of Kuwait has operated flights to JFK for 40 years and currently uses the airport’s Terminal 7.
Kuwait becomes the 12th carrier to announce plans to operate from T6, joining airlines such as Air Canada, Aer Lingus, Cathay Pacific, JetBlue, Lufthansa, and SWISS.
