Cargolux Airlines International, KfW IPEX-Bank and Helaba have closed a commercial financing facility on a new B747-8F aircraft, which was delivered on September 29.

KfW IPEX-Bank and Helaba are acting as senior lenders with KfW IPEX-Bank taking on the additional role as Facility Agent and Helaba as Security Trustee.
