Jetstar is facing a 5% annual pay claim from members of the Australian Services Union. The union is calling for an increase in superannuation contributions to 15% and a 2.5% point boost in shift loadings. The union is negotiating for a new pay agreement. Other claims include increased redundancy payments and provisions to convert part-timers, whose minimum hours would increase from 16 to 20 hours weekly, to full-time.
