Willie Walsh, chief executive of International Consolidated Airlines Group (IAG) will appear before Irish lawmakers on Thursday to defend its bid to buy Aer Lingus.
The takeover of Aer Lingus has been approved by the board but the deal is subject to the agreement of the Irish state selling its 25% holding.
