Christine Ourmieres-Widener, the former chief executive of Portuguese airline TAP, has filed a lawsuit against her former employer for compensation relating to her alleged unfair dismissal. She claims that her dismissal following the disclosure of an irregular severance payment to a former board member was illegal since she alleges the payment had been authorised by the Infrastructure Ministry.
