Financial management company, FMR, the parent company of Fidelity, has bought a 6% stake in Hawaiian Holdings, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The deal, worth $18.9 million at Monday close, Fidelity now owns over 3 million shares of Hawaiian Holdings, the parent company of Honolulu-based Hawaiian Airlines.
