Flybe chief executive Saad Hammad has said that Air Passenger Duty should be cut by 50% at regional airports in the UK and funded by a tax increase at the UK's major international airports by 50%. Obviously IAG and other airlines might have differing thoughts on the merits of such an arrangement.
