FCAH Aerospace rebrands as First Class Air, launching integrated aviation aftermarket platform

FCAH Aerospace has rebranded as First Class Air, launching a new integrated aviation aftermarket platform that brings together five specialist operating companies under a single global structure.

The move combines Cargo Repair, First Class Air Support, Cobalt Aero Services, Innodyne Systems and Survival Products into one unified offering, designed to provide customers with comprehensive support across the entire aircraft lifecycle.

The company said the rebrand reflects its evolution from a collection of individual businesses into a fully integrated platform capable of delivering coordinated solutions spanning distribution, maintenance, repair, manufacturing and asset management.

Chief executive Isac Roths said the new structure would strengthen service delivery and technical capability across the group.“Together, we deliver quality parts and service for our customers. The First Class Way reflects how we provide the high-quality support our customers rely on,” he said.

Under the new platform, First Class Air will operate across five core service areas, including parts distribution, maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) and designated engineering representative (DER) services, PMA manufacturing, aircraft teardown programmes and exchange solutions aimed at reducing aircraft downtime.

The company said it holds more than five million parts in inventory and provides support for freighter, commercial, regional, business and military aircraft.

As part of the restructuring, AVI will now operate as Survival Products, consolidating its aviation inflatables and survival equipment capabilities, including evacuation slides, life rafts and safety equipment, under a single brand.

Each of the five operating companies will continue to focus on its core specialty, with capabilities ranging from cargo system repairs and nacelle services to structural and electrical component maintenance for regional and corporate aircraft.

First Class Air said its global footprint, with facilities across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, will allow it to deliver localised support while leveraging scale and technical expertise across the platform.

The company added that the integrated model is intended to simplify coordination for customers, reduce maintenance costs and improve overall fleet performance as demand for efficient aftermarket solutions continues to grow.
