The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has stated that it will begin recalling some airline and aircraft inspectors from furloughs since the government shutdown.
More than 800 workers will return to their jobs this week, the agency said yesterday in a statement.
The agency’s aircraft registry will remain closed, however.
