Brazilian aircraft maker Embraer said that Chinese carrier Ruili Airlines has agreed to join its Energia Advisory Group, which, Embraer said, "oversees a project developing sustainable aircraft for the future".
Kunming-based Ruili is to provide insights into needs specific to the "potential market" for the aircraft in China. The deal marked "a significant step,” said Arjan Meijer, president and chief executive Embraer Commercial Aviation.
