The Tanzanian High Commissioner to Kenya Ambassador John Michael Haule has praised fastjet Tanzania’s daily flights from Dar es Salaam to Nairobi, saying that the airline is filling the existing air travel gap left by Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL).
Haule said: “Currently, Tanzania has no reliable national airline because ATCL, which the 5th phase government has vowed to revamp, is no longer flying to Kenya. However, in the meantime, fastjet can now play a leading transportation role of flying Tanzanian business people, traders, tourists and other travellers between the two countries at affordable fares.”
