Chinese carrier, based in Liaoning province, Dalian Airlines, has had its Air Operator’s Certificate upgraded to allow it to launch international flights from its base at Zhoushuizi International Airport. The carrier, which is part owned by Air China, will take delivery of two more 737s to serve flights to Japan and South Korea.
