C&L Aviation Group on December 6 announced the purchase of ACLAS Technics, described as a "UK-based company that offers structural component repair and overhaul for multiple aircraft types".
“This is another step in the strategy to provide support for multiple aircraft types and we are very excited by the acquisition of ACLAS,” said Chris Kilgour, C&L chief executive, describing ACLAS as being "known for their quality and dependability”.
