Boeing Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis Muilenburg reports that the board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of one dollar and forty-two cents ($1.42) per share. The dividend is payable Dec. 1, 2017, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 10, 2017.
