BermudAir, the flag carrier of Bermuda, has introduced new direct services to Newark Liberty International (EWR) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA) in New York.
The new routes will commence this month and will complement BermudAir’s existing direct service to Westchester County Airport (HPN), forming what the airline has dubbed the ‘New York Triangle’.
Flights between Bermuda and Newark will operate twice-weekly on Thursdays and Sundays. Flights to LaGuardia will operate twice-weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Services to Westchester will now operate three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
The airline said that the addition of Newark and LaGuardia to its network further strengthens its growing presence on the US East Coast.
This winter, BermudAir will serve eight US destinations—Boston, Baltimore, Raleigh-Durham, Richmond, Orlando, Newark, LaGuardia, and Westchester—alongside Toronto, Montreal, and Halifax in Canada.
All flights will be operated by Embraer E175 and E190 aircraft.
