British Airways employees are once again being balloted for strike action. In a recent development, BA’s new chief executive, Keith Williams sent a recent letter to cabin crew members stating that he wanted to establish a positive relationship. The move is seen by some to be a far cry from the airline’s former chief, Willie Walsh, who has been regarded by some to be combative.
