Lessor Avolon said on August 11, 2025, that its order for 90 Airbus aircraft has become unconditional, following shareholder approval from Bohai Leasing, its majority owner.
The order includes 75 A321neo single-aisle jets and 15 A330neo widebody aircraft.
Avolon originally announced the deal in July, pending consent from Bohai Leasing, which holds a 70% stake in the Dublin-based lessor.
