It has been reported that Airbus is seeking the sale of its subsidiary CIMPA to the Sopra Steria group. The sale is part of Airbus' strategic plan to refocus on its core aeronautical activities.
Terms of a potential sale with Sopra Steria will be discussed in the next few weeks – a consultation period will follow.
