Air Serbia has hired 60 new employees for its contact centre in Niš.
The workers have "officially started working at an exclusive location in downtown Niš" and have been joined by 10 CLC agents from subsidiary Air Serbia Ground Services (ASGS) to provde support for ground operations.
The expansion followed the flag carrier's return to close to pre-lockdown passenger traffic and the resumption of routes, including to China, in late 2022.
