The Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam (CAAV) has requested that Air Mekong, which suspended services for restructuring in March 2013, must present its new operation plans by the end of this year or risk losing its license. This deadline was extended from March 2014 after the airline requested more time to prepare its plans to resume operations in early 2015.
