New regional airline, Zhongnan Airlines, is preparing to launch services from China’s Changsha Huanghua International Airport. The new airline is partially owned by the Hunan provincial government with China Southern Airlines or its subsidiaries Xiamen Airlines or Hainan Airlines as investors.
