From June 17, Thai AirAsia X (TAAX) will launch services from Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport to Incheon International in South Korean.
The new airline, which is a joint venture between AirAsia X and Thai, will use two A330-300s on the daily route.
“We are very confident that there is enormous demand for this route,” Thai AirAsia X CEO Nadda Buranasiri said.
Plans are in place to launch flights to Tokyo and Osaka in Japan later in the year.
