The Russia-China Investment Fund (RCIF) have agreed a new joint venture leasing company that will order up to 100 SSJ100s over the next three years for carriers in China and Southeast Asia. RCIF will be headquartered at Sino-Russian High-Tech Innovation Park at Xixian, Shaanxi province, China.
