Lufthansa Group has extended its partnership with AI-powered pricing and selling software solutions provider PROS.
Under the renewed agreement, Lufthansa Group will continue using PROS' AI-based pricing and offer management software across revenue management, real-time dynamic pricing, continuous pricing, forecasting, and group sales optimisation.
“Commercial offer innovation is at the heart of Lufthansa Group’s strategy, and our partnership with PROS enables us to stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry," said Lufthansa Group SVP, commercial customer offer Stefan Kreuzpaintner.
The partnership supports the airline group's strategy to replace legacy fare structures with flexible, attribute-based offers and dynamically priced products.
