Tower Arch Capital-backed company LifePort has acquired business jet seating manufacturer PAC Seating. The company will be a wholly owned subsidiary of LifePort.
Existing operators Jad Azzi and Hector Marini will continue as both investors and leaders in the newly consolidated business.
