GetJet Aviation rebrands as GetJet Group; plans fleet, MRO, and staff expansion

Lithuania-based ACMI provider GetJet Aviation has rebranded as GetJet Group, coinciding with its expansion and efficiency plans for 2026.

The company will add five aircraft to its fleet across the first quarter and early second quarter. Additionally, the company will create 200 new jobs across four countries.

The group has converted GetJet Airlines Latvia into a cabin crew training organisation and will consolidate its flight operations under Lithuanian and Maltese air operators certificates (AOC).

“We are simplifying our structure to operate more efficiently, while our main brand, GetJet, remains and becomes even more visible,” said GetJet Group CEO Darius Viltrakis.

GetJet Group will operate through several key entities: Lithuania-based ACMI and charter airline GetJet Airlines and its Maltese branch, GetJet Airlines Malta (formerly Airhub Airlines); aviation asset management and maintenance provider Airhub Aviation; and the training centre Airhub Training.

The group will also expand its MRO footprint with two new facilities: Airhub Aviation's hangar in Siauliai, which is currently hiring technicians, and also a new MRO hangar at Vilnius International Airport, which is scheduled to break ground in fourth quarter.

The company said it is in discussions with external investors, with a funding agreement expected to be announced next month.
