Flitetec has acquired the majority of assets belong to Aeropair. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Flitetec said the acquisition expands its approved manufacturing and supply portfolio. Additionally, it expands the company’s existing plastics and transparency manufacture and repair capability, and adds fastener and bonding lead manufacturing.
Flitetec has recruited Stephen Findlay Jnr from Aeropair as programme manager for business integration.
