Etihad Airways carried 22.4 million passengers in 2025, increasing 21% on the prior year.
The airline's load factor averaged at 88.3% for the year, up 1.5 percentage points compared to the year prior.
For the fourth quarter of the year, the airline carried 2.2 million passengers, up 28% on the same period in 2024.
Fourth-quarter passenger load factor was up 0.6 percentage points to 87.6%.
As of the end of the year, Etihad had an operating fleet size of 127 aircraft.
