Embraer reports strong fourth-quarter earnings, guides up to 85 commercial aircraft deliveries in 2026

Embraer has reported adjusted net profits of $153.2 million for the fourth-quarter of 2025, up from $173 million a year prior.

Full year adjusted net income was $252.9 million, down from $461.6 million in 2024. 

The Brazilian OEM generated record revenues of $2.7bn and $7.6bn in the fourth quarter and full-year 2025, respectively — topping its guidance.

For 2026, the company guided commercial aircraft deliveries to total between 80 and 85 aircraft. In 2025, the company delivered 78 aircraft, up from 73 in 2024. This narrowly met its guidance for the year of between 77 and 85 commercial jet deliveries. 

The company has guided between 160 and 170 executive jet deliveries. The company delivered 155 executive jets in 2025.

As of the end of December, the company had a firm order backlog of $31.6bn. 

Adjusted EBIT was $230.9 million in the fourth quarter, down from $265.1 million in the same period of 2024. Full-year adjusted EBIT was $656.8 million, down from $708.2 million. 

Adjusted EBIT margin was 8.7% in the fourth quarter of 2025, down from 11.5% a year prior. Full-year EBIT margin was 8.7%, down from 11.1% in 2024.

Excluding its electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) development division Eve, the company had $109.3 million in net cash and adjusted free cash flow of $738.3 million. 

The company guided revenues to be $8.2bn-$8.5bn for 2026 and free cash flow to be $200 million or higher. Adjusted EBIT margin is expected to be 8.7% to 9.3%.
