In a stock market filing, Cathay Pacific Airways has confirmed that the company is in active discussions about an acquisition involving HK Express from HNA, however, no agreement has yet been entered into and Cathay says that there can be no certainty that any agreement will be entered into, promising further announcements when necessary.
