Novus Aviation Capital has said today (March 26) that it has, along with PK AirFInance, arranged debt financing for three new Airbus A220s for Breeze Airways.

PK AirFinance provided senior debt financing, while Novus' junior debt fund dedicated to Airbus aircraft financing Tamweel Aviation Finance extended mezzanine financing for the three jets.

“The Airbus A220 is a highly attractive asset, and this financing demonstrates Tamweel Aviation Finance’s ability to deliver bespoke mezzanine solutions for high-quality airlines,” said Novus Aviation Capital CEO Mamoun Kuzbari.

“This transaction reflects the continued confidence in Breeze’s operating model and the long-term value of the Airbus A220,” said PK AirFinance president Eelco van de Stadt.

The aircraft were delivered by regional lessor TrueNoord in the fourth quarter of last year. The delivery of the aircraft was announced earlier this month.
