BNP Paribas and SKY Leasing closed a deal for the financing of three 737 MAX 8 aircraft in April 2025.
The aircraft are leased to Air India Express.
BNP Paribas acted as arranger, security trustee, sole lender and hedging bank for this transaction. Vedder Price acted as lenders' counsel and Clifford Chance acted for SKY Leasing.
