Allegiant Travel Company said preliminary results showed higher passenger traffic in the fourth quarter and full year of 2025.
Fourth-quarter scheduled service passengers rose 13.3% year over year to 4.45 million, while full-year scheduled passengers increased 10.5% to 18.5 million.
Scheduled load factor improved one percentage point in the fourth quarter to 81.2%, but declined 1.6 points for the full year to 82%. Scheduled capacity rose 10.5% in the fourth quarter and 12.9% for the full year.
Systemwide, Allegiant carried 4.53 million passengers in the fourth quarter, up 13.2%, and 18.7 million passengers for the full year, up 10.3%. Systemwide capacity increased 10.2% in the fourth quarter and 12.6% for the year.
The company estimated average fuel costs of $2.55 per gallon for 2025.
