AJW Group inks power-by-the-hour support contract with ASL Aviation

AJW Group has signed a new support agreement with ASL Aviation to provide airframe-only support for two A330ceo aircraft operated by ASL Airlines.

This agreement builds on its previous partnership with ASL, which saw AJW support 12 of ASL's Boeing 737CL aircraft.

AJW will deliver technical and engineering support on a time and materials (T&M) basis.

The programme began earlier this year and AJW will provide operational support to the aircraft for an initial four-year period.

“Supporting two A330ceo aircraft aligns well with AJW’s expertise and growth, and this agreement allows us to provide flexible, effective support to meet their operations,” said AJW chief commercial officer Scott Symington.

“Having AJW supporting these aircraft gives us confidence in the ongoing operation of our A330ceo fleet,” said ASL Aviation chief operating officer Colin Grant. "Their airframe-focused approach fits well with our operational requirements, and we look forward to working closely with their team as this programme develops.”
