AirTran Airways will discontinue all of its service to the Quad-City International Airport as well as Asheville (N.C.) Regional, Atlantic City (N.J.) International, and Newport News Williamsburg (Va.) International airports.
Continuing high fuel prices and the challenging economy were blamed for the decision.
