AFG Aviation Ireland, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aircraft Finance Germany, has successfully completed the acquisition of one A320 aircraft from CAI, an affiliate of Cebu Pacific.
The company also closed the acquisition of one A319 aircraft from XAero, a subsidiary of the Chinese leasing company Xiamen Aircraft Leasing.
