Aergo Capital has acquired one Boeing 737-800 from lessor BBAM. The aircraft, MSN 37593, is on lease to KLM.
"We are pleased to announce the acquisition of a Boeing 737 aircraft from BBAM, marking the third closing in a four‑aircraft portfolio transaction," said Aergo Capital acting CEO Eugene O'Reilly.
Smith Gambrell Russell acted as lead counsel to Aergo. PK AirFinance acted as the debt arranger on the transaction.
