Aegean Airlines closed a JOLCO financing for one new A321neo in late December 2024.
Credit Agricole CIB (CACIB) acted as JOLCO arranger, debt arranger, facility agent & security trustee. CACIB and Sumitomo Trust Bank acted as lenders.
The transaction marks the third JOLCO closed by the Greek airline in 2024 after its inaugural JOLCO closed in June and a second deal closed in September — both for a A320neo. All three transactions were arranged by CACIB.
