Stratos adds ex-Boeing capital executive to its team

Stratos, the independent aircraft asset manager, has added Nate Graddy to its team. Graddy, previously serving 12 years at Boeing, will join as vice president of business development based in the company’s Tokyo office. Graddy has held a number of positions during his tenure at Boeing, with his latest being senior director, customer finance at Boeing Capital. He was responsible for Japanese and Korean airline and lessor relationships and aircraft finance market development.
