Lufthansa Technik has appointed new management for its Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey, Eurowings Technik, and Lufthansa Technik Philippines division. Rubin Siddique became head Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey, its turbofan and turboprop engines specialist division based by Frankfurt, Germany, as of April 1, 2024. He will succeed Matthias Gruber, who has moved to Eurowings Technik as head of technical fleet management Eurowings and managing director. Gruber’s predecessor, Holger Beck, will become CEO and president of Lufthansa Technik Philippines as of June 1, 2024. Beck will be replacing Elmar Lutter, who is retiring after 34 years with the Lufthansa Group.
